What the service is
From Your Experience is a planning and educational tool. It helps you organize your knowledge and generate a business direction, distribution plan, and next steps using AI. It is not a medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other regulated professional service, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
AI-generated content
Plans and recommendations are AI-generated drafts based on the answers you provide. AI output can contain errors, omissions, and confident-sounding inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish or act on. Do not rely on outputs for medical diagnosis or treatment, legal decisions, financial planning, or any other regulated activity.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not use the service to abuse, spam, or attempt to reverse-engineer the product. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle handles taxes, invoicing, and refunds under its own policies. If you would like to request a refund on a Complete Launch Plan purchase, write to team@fromyourexperience.com within 14 days and we will help you submit a request through Paddle.
Content ownership
You own the answers you submit and the exported plans generated for you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI and infrastructure providers. You grant us a limited license to process your content in order to provide the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
