Privacy policy

This policy explains what From Your Experience collects and who processes it on our behalf. We do not sell your information. We do share it with the specific third-party providers listed below in order to run the product.

What we collect

• Assessment answers you submit, including free-text responses.
• Account information (email, name, password hash) if you create one.
• Order history, transaction identifiers, and subscription status.
• Usage data such as pages viewed and events triggered inside the product.
• Attribution data (UTM parameters, referrer, and Meta click identifiers) when present.
• Consent choices for cookies and marketing.

Who processes your data

• Hosting and database: Supabase (via Lovable Cloud). Stores your account, answers, results, and orders.
• AI generation: Lovable AI Gateway and its upstream model providers. Your answers and interpretation are sent to these models to generate your plan. Providers may temporarily process the content to produce a response; we do not opt into training on customer data.
• Payments: Paddle acts as merchant of record. Paddle handles payment details, invoicing, and taxes. We only receive the transaction identifier and status.
• Email: Brevo delivers transactional emails (result copies, receipts) and, if you opt in, occasional educational emails.
• Advertising and measurement: Meta Pixel (browser) and the Meta Conversions API (server) if you accept marketing cookies. We share hashed identifiers and event data with Meta to measure ads. You can opt out from the consent banner at any time.

Retention and deletion

Assessment and account data are retained while your account exists. To request deletion, email team@fromyourexperience.com from the address on your account. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days, with two exceptions: payment records held by Paddle for tax and accounting purposes, and short-lived logs used to detect abuse.

AI disclosure

Your plan is generated by AI using the answers you provide. AI output can contain errors and should not be treated as medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are always the final reviewer of anything you publish or act on.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies for site function. With your permission we also use analytics and marketing cookies, including the Meta Pixel. In regions requiring opt-in consent, marketing and analytics are off until you accept. In other regions, you can opt out at any time from the consent banner.
